Student Life
Clubs and Activities at SPX
The student life at St. Pius X High School consists of more than just books and homework assignments. SPX has whatever you’re student is looking for in an extracurricular activity, and more!
For the athletic-minded, there are nine different sports available for both boys and girls, including football, softball, volleyball and tennis. For students not so athletically-inclined, attendance and participation at all sporting events is encouraged and welcome!
SPX has 20 Student Clubs that cover diverse topics such as science, foreign languages, cheerleading, student council, academics and community service. Click on the links to the left to view any of our Student Clubs.
For those with music coursing their veins, and for those who just like to listen, SPX offers choir and band opportunities for students. Both choir and band have the opportunity to participate in competitions and challenges all throughout the state.
With a flair for the dramatics, SPX offers theatre and art programs with opportunities to showcase their talents to the student body and the SPX community.
SPX also features student-run and student-produced publications, the Torchbearer and the Del Sarto Yearbook.
